Questions on Shipping and Order Information

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll make sure to keep you in the loop!

During the warmer months, we don't ship our chocolates over the weekend to avoid any melting issues. We typically ship between Monday and Wednesday, except for orders with a 1-day transit time. So if you order between Thursday and Sunday, it will get shipped the following week.

Most orders take 2-5 business days to arrive. Just keep in mind that transit times can be affected by holidays, weather delays, or carrier issues that may be beyond our control.

We always do our best to ensure your orders arrive on time and in perfect condition!

Great news: we ship our delicious chocolate snacks year round! During the warmer months (April-October), we ship all orders with insulation materials, ice packs, and expedited shipping to ensure your order doesn’t melt during transit.

If your chocolate happens to melt in transit, we will happily replace your order. Melted chocolate is still safe to enjoy. You can simply pop it back into the fridge to let it resolidify or use it for baking applications!

Cool tip: If your order subtotal is $60 or more after applying any discounts, you'll enjoy free shipping! Yay to more chocolate goodies and helping reduce packaging materials and carbon footprint!

Though we’d love for our chocolates to travel the world, we currently do not offer international shipping outside the USA.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please reply to the order confirmation email or contact us at hello@pocketschocolates.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to make those changes while your order is still in process. Please note that once the order is shipped, we can no longer adjust items or redirect shipments.

We can't take responsibility for any lost packages caused by an incorrect original address, but feel free to shoot us a message and we’ll try our best to help you retrieve your package.

We'll promptly send you the missing items or offer a refund. Our goal is to put a smile on your face every time you receive your Pocket’s Chocolates!

Because chocolate is a food product, we can't accept returns. In the rare event that your chocolate arrived melted or damaged or for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please email us at hello@pocketschocolates.com or through our Contact Us Form within 30 days of purchase. Send us a photo of the products and the reason for the request, and we’ll do our best to make things right for you!

Sweet is our passion! We’re proud to use our blend of Organic Raw Cane Sugar and Monk Fruit to sweeten our chocolate snacks.

Monk fruit is a plant-based sweetener that is low glycemic and 100% natural. It tastes similar to caramelized sugar.

We take pride in being different from zero-sugar brands. Our chocolate has no weird aftertaste, and we never use artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols (eg, maltitol, erythritol, xylitol, etc.).

You can indulge in our chocolate creations knowing that we're committed to bringing you delicious snacks without compromising on the integrity of the ingredients or taste.

All of our products are certified Non-GMO by Non-GMO Project Verified.

All of our chocolate is certified Kosher by OK Kosher.

All of the ingredients used in our products are 100% plant-based. We care about the people and our planet and that’s why we’re committed to making our products with oat milk instead of dairy milk.

Our facility is gluten-free, and although we are not gluten-free certified, gluten is not inherent in any of the ingredients we are using to make our products.

Pocket Latte is an energy bar made from 100% real coffee. You will get the taste, caffeine boost, and benefits of real coffee, all in bar form. Each bar contains approximately 100-150mg of naturally occurring caffeine, depending on the flavor. Natural caffeine varies by the individual coffee bean and duration of the roast.

Our oat milk chocolate almonds are not caffeinated; however, we must note that two of our flavors, Matcha and Vietnamese Coffee, contain a small amount of natural caffeine. This is because we use real matcha and coffee in these flavors. Our Mango Yuzu and Black Sesame flavors definitely have no caffeine added, ensuring a completely caffeine-free option for those who prefer it.

We recommend storing our chocolate snacks in a cool and dry place. While refrigerating or freezing your chocolate is acceptable for short-term storage, it's best to avoid moisture exposure to prevent blooming, which can cause crystallization and white streaking.
